Method of operation

The process from the order to the delivery  in the shop
 
Day-1
The team of FleurPlaza Europe Ltd. consults the participating growers in order to form the assortment. Starting 3 PM ; you can log on to the web shop to see and order the available products.
 
Day 2
Up to 10 AM you can change and complete your order. Beware ; at 10 AM the web shop closes automatically. From 10 AM the orders are sent to the growers who pack and prepare the orders for transport. At noon the transportation company collect the products from the growers and deliver them at Fleurplaza Europe Ltd. before 6 PM. Fleurplaza Europe Ltd. processes the orders for every florist and pack it for the final transportation. From 7 PM the trucks leave Fleurplaza Europe Ltd. to deliver the orders to the flower shops.

 Day 3
Before 7 AM all orders have been delivered by the local transportation company. Whilst delivering the order, the transportation company also collects and takes away the empty containers and boxes from prior orders enabling the florist to start unpacking first thing after opening the shop.
